Assists theDirector of Welcome in administering Welcome areas functions and supervisingtalent on a daily basis. Welcome areas include but not limited to WhateverWhenever, Welcome Desk, Welcome Ambassador, Guest Loyalty and Wired. Positiondirects and works with managers and talents to carry out procedures ensuring anefficient check in and check out process. Ensures guest and employeesatisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the department.
