Assist the Engineer to finish the daily tasks, ensure the operation of the hotel is normally.

Execute the Repair, Maintenance and Engineering Operations according to the departmental standards

Perform patching, refinishing, and painting work on walls, ceilings, and wood veneers in guest rooms and public areas (lobby, restaurants, corridors, etc.).
负责酒店客房、公共区域（大堂、餐厅、走廊等）的墙面、天花板、木饰面的修补、翻新及油漆工作。
Handle wallpaper installation, replacement, and repair.
处理墙纸、墙布的粘贴、更换及修复工作。
Conduct sanding, touch-up painting, and maintenance on wooden furniture, doors, windows, and
baseboards.
对木质家具、门窗、踢脚线等进行打磨、补漆及维护。
