【岗位职责】

1、协助准备包含每日食品消费成本的食品和酒水报告。

2、协助每月食品和酒水盘点,以及每半年一次的营运物资盘点。

3、如必要时,参加每月食品/酒水和总仓物品的市场调查。

4、协助准备每月食品和酒水成本及制作相关的分类账凭证。

5、成本控制经理分配的其他工作、灵活的工作时间,特别是在月末和年末、及时,有效,友好地处理所有的要求和询问、确保正确的工作实践及该工作区域的安全不受危害,使得意外的风险和员工赔偿费用最小化、执行一切额外的工作,以确保酒店职能顺利运作
