1.    
Obey the work instructions and arrangements of the
department manager.
服从部门经理的工作指示及安排。
2.    
Keep up to date with the latest room status, dining,
meetings and other relevant information.
掌握酒店最新的客房状态，餐饮情况、会议情况及其它有关信息。
3.    
Pay attention to the hygiene of the hall and luggage
department equipment, clean frequently, keep it clean, and pay attention to
maintenance.
留意大厅及行李部设备的卫生，经常打扫，保持清洁，注意保养。
4.    
Pay attention to safety guidelines and other notices
in the lobby, keep them in place, remove recent signs in a timely manner, and
evacuate to the designated storage place.
留意安全指南和大厅内其它布告，保持其正常放置，及时撤换近期的告示牌，并撤至指定的存放地点。
5.    
Welcome guests and offer to help guests by directing
them to check-in.
对抵店客人表示欢迎并主动为客人提供帮助，指引客人入住登记处。
6.    
In accordance with the baggage service process and
requirements, we provide baggage handling services for arriving and departing
guests, and record each delivery.
按照行李服务流程和要求，为抵离客人提供行李搬运服务，并将每次运送情况做好记录。

Stand guard carefully according to the designated
location, pay close attention to the dynamics of guests and the luggage they
carry, and prevent the loss of luggage.
按指定位置认真站岗，密切注意来往客人的动态及其所携带的行李，防止行李丢失。

Responsible for the registration, storage and
collection of luggage of in-store guests.
负责在店客人行李的寄存登记、保管和领取工作。
