【岗位职责】
1、负责楼层客房及公共区域的日常运营管理，确保清洁卫生、设施设备及服务标准符合酒店要求。
2、督导楼层服务员的工作执行情况，合理分配任务并检查客房清洁质量，及时纠正不符合规范的操作。
3、协调与前台、工程部、洗衣房等部门的沟通，确保客人需求及特殊要求得到高效响应与落实。
4、处理客人关于客房服务的投诉与突发状况，跟踪解决进度，提升宾客满意度。
5、负责楼层物资及清洁用品的申领、盘点与成本控制，监督布草及易耗品的使用规范。
6、执行酒店安全与卫生制度，定期检查消防设施及安全隐患，确保工作环境符合标准。
7、协助完成新员工的岗前培训与在岗指导，参与员工绩效评估及日常出勤管理。
8、掌握当日可售房及入住情况，配合主管完成重点房间的优先检查与预抵VIP房布置。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理等相关专业优先，工作经验不限，有酒店实习或客房服务经验者更好。
2、熟悉酒店客房运营流程及清洁标准，具备基本的管理意识和团队协调能力。
3、具备良好的服务意识与沟通表达能力，能妥善处理各类宾客需求及投诉。
4、工作细致认真，责任心强，能适应酒店轮班工作制（含周末及节假日）。
5、掌握基础办公软件操作（如Word、Excel），能完成日常报表及物资记录。
6、身体健康，能承受一定的体力劳动及工作压力，具备良好的职业形象。
