As a Guest Service Manager, we rely on you to
作为一名宾客服务经理，你的主要工作职责为：
1. Provide highstandard service in accordance with department standards andprocedures.
2. Communicate to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and otherrelevant information.
3. Personally handle guest’s needs and complaints and followthrough accordingly.
4. Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensureInterContinental Ambassador Loyalty.
5. Supports and assists Front Office personnel and all departments at peak periods.
6. Assists Guest Relations in greeting, rooming, and sending off VIP guests.
7. Fully conversant with all hotel emergency procedures.
1. 按照部门的规范和程序提供高标准的服务。
2. 与上级领导交流有关疑难，客人意见和其它相关信息。
3. 亲自接收并有效及时地为客人处理需求和投诉
4. 发展和维持密切的客户关系以确保对洲际大使的忠诚度。
5. 在高峰期向前厅部工作人员和其它所有部门提供支持和协助。
6. 协助客户关系部门迎接贵宾，为其安排房间并在其离店时送行。
7. 熟知酒店紧急情况所有处理程序。
