主要职责与责任
受过全面培训，获得理疗认证，可根据度假酒店的规范在水疗中心、室内或户外为客人提供理 疗服务。
按照度假酒店的规范，恰当有效地准备所有理疗。
按照度假酒店的规范，与客人沟通，并协助客人。
按照度假酒店的规范，以清洁、卫生的方式工作。
根据度假酒店的规范，进行水疗区的日常运营。
向经理报告任何事件或异常行为。
确保根据度假酒店的规范，使用正确数量的理疗产品，将浪费情况降至最低。
遵守度假酒店的所有健康和安全规范。
受过关于水疗服务和理疗的全面培训。
受过关于水疗和沙龙区使用的所有水疗产品和配料的培训。
根据度假酒店的要求，参加培训，适应新的理疗方法。
按照度假酒店的要求，接受弹性工作安排。
按照度假酒店的要求，履行其他与职位相关的职责。
谨慎并有礼貌的处理宾客投诉事件,若不能解决则及时向水疗副经理汇报。
根据所做的培训内容,正确使用护理手法、正确操作仪器,掌握理疗时间。
按照理疗师培训经理的培训计划，每天积极主动的进行培。
检查房间的摆设是否齐全，如：布草，产品，以及客用沐浴液/洗发水/纸巾等物品。
根据标准程序来折叠,存放布草。
按步骤清洁所有在理疗过程中所用到的仪器,并按标准来备用,存放这些设备。
护理结束后要对护理间进行清洁 ，为下一次护理做好准备，准备好产品后应再进行检查。
按照标准程序来处理所有的脏布草和垃圾物品。
确保关注每一位做过护理后的客人。
