Key Duties and Responsibilities

Provide facilities and reliability engineering support for the operation of facilities area. This includes enhancing safety, reliability
and integrity of facilities, ensuring compliance to codes and regulations, promoting best practices, providing subject matter expertise
and technical support, and collaboration on business opportunities.

Ensure that all plant, equipment, services and related MEP equipment installed within the Resort are maintained good, reliable,
accurate and operational by adapting standard practice in comprehensive PPM and rectification measures

Identify and mitigate high technical risks by developing/adopting and supporting reliability programs for plant facilities

To provide leadership to the assistant engineers, team leaders and technicians, to maximize the efficiency of the PPM and reactive

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

5 + years in Facilities Department in the role of Assistant Engineer or Senior Supervisor Role with maintenance experience
5 年以上相关工作经验
Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Building Services Engineering

Good character, appearance, proactive nature and team working spirit.

Knowledge of computers is an advantage
