岗位职责/职位描述
工作职责：
1. 开展日常运营管理，统筹热厨、冷厨、各功能区工作安排与人员调度；
2. 严格执行菜品标准操作流程（SOP），把控出品质量、摆盘规范及食材损耗控制；
3. 参与菜单更新、新品研发及本地化适配，协同进行成本分析与供应链优化；
4. 负责厨房员工技能培训、岗位带教及绩效反馈，提升团队专业水平与服务协作能力；
5. 落实食品安全、设备使用、消防安全等各项管理制度，配合完成内外部合规检查。
任职资格：
1. 具有3年及以上星级酒店或高端餐饮企业厨房工作经验，其中至少1年承担副主管、领班或同等管理职责；
2. 熟练掌握中餐/西餐经典菜系烹饪技法，具备独立完成较高级菜品出品的能力；
3. 具备良好的跨部门沟通能力、团队管理意识及持续学习意愿；
4. 学历不限，具备相应岗位胜任能力者均可应聘。
