1. Ensure all the facilities are working properly during the shift.
确保当值时间内各项设施运作正常。
－Check the whole operation of engineering.
视察酒店内所有工程运作。
－Regularly tour around all hotel facilities.
定时巡视各项设施。
－Report to your managers on the operation status of all equipment before off duty.
于下班前向上级汇报各类机械的运作情况。
                                      
2. Ensure all devices, maintenance and routine inspection can be complete in time.                                                                        
确保当值时间内各项装置、保养及检修工程快捷地完成。
－Follow up all contract projects.
跟办合约工程 。
－Follow up all uncompleted jobs of the previous shift.
跟办上一班次未完成的工作。
－Check all completed projects.
验收完成工程。

3. Handle all emergency cases during the shift.
于当值时间内处理及解决紧急事故。
－Analysis the causes of troubles.
分析故障原因。                                               
－Organize and guide duty technicians to shoot troubles.
组织及指导属下员工修理故障。 
－Keep in touch with Manager On Duty at all times.
随时与值班经理保持联系。

4. Accelerate effective internaladministration system.
促进有效的内部管理系统。
－Check the working records of all sections.
检查各小组之工作记录。
－Report all completed jobs.
报告已完成之指派工作。

5. Ensure sufficient supply of all maintenance materials and tools.
确保内部所需物料及工具之充足供应。
－Check the stocks, distribute the usage and give suggestions on replenishment.
检查存量，分配用量及建议补足数量。

6. Accelerate the efficiency of departmental daily operation.
促进本部门之日常操作效率。
－Distribute jobs effectively.
有效地分配工作。
－Closely supervise the working progress of Engineering associates.
密切监督属下员工之工作进度。
－Give proper training to engineering associates.
培训属下员工。
－Solve all engineering related problems.
解决各项有关工程问题。
－Other duties may be assigned when there are emergence thing in the hotel.
当酒店发生紧急情况时响应工程部的召唤。
－Other jobs may be assigned according to the instructions of Chief Engineer and Senior building Services Engineer.
根据总工程师及资深楼宇服务工程师的指示执行其他工作。
