Job Summary岗位概述：
The basic responsibilities of the Manager, IT & Operating Finance are to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the IT environment within the hotel. Also to ensure the smooth the operation finance, include Income Auditor, Credit and Cost sections.

1. Supervises and trains employees within the IT department.
监督和培训IT部门的员工。
2. Provides first line of support to end-users.
为最终用户提供一线支持。
3. Educates end users to ensure well-being of computer equipment.
培训终端用户确保计算机设备的完好。
4. Educates end users to be self reliant in solving basic IT related problems.
培训终端用户自行解决的IT基础问题。
5. Ensures that the hotel computer system (both hardware and software) are fully accounted for, properly maintained and in good working order.
确保酒店电脑系统(包括硬件和软件)得到充分的维护，并处于良好的工作状态。
6. Ensures that all computer systems run with minimum or no down time.
确保所有电脑系统在无停机时间或最少的停机时间内运行。
7. Ensures that all software runs with no output errors, no response time problems and according to specifications.
确保所有软件运行没有错误，没有响应时间问题，并符合规格。
8. Solves technical or operational problems as reported by users.
解决用户报告的技术或操作问题。
9. In conjunction with other department heads, designs, documents and implements new computer based procedures that will: improve profitability, productivity, guest service or operations.
其他部门主管一起，设计、编制并实施新的电脑程序，以提高盈利能力、生产力、宾客服务或运营。
10. Coordinates the installation of all new software and hardware.
协调所有新软件和硬件的安装。
11. Act as the primary contact for all outside agents in all computer or informational technology matters.

12. Ensures that an escalation process is in place for critical computer systems to ensure 24 hours support.

13. Follows the Company’s polices regarding the security and operation of computer systems.

14. Attends to both software and hardware computer problems.

15. Maintains an inventory of all hardware and software within the hotel.

16. Ensures that the hotel complies with all legal requirements with regard to computer hardware and software.
确保紫云玄清和明月湖酒店在电脑硬件和软件方面符合所有法律要求。
17. Ensures that necessary hardware and software maintenance agreements and licenses are reviewed, in place and current.
确保审查必要的硬件和软件维护协议和许可证，并且是最新的。
18. Keeps up to date with latest IT developments within Company and the market.
与公司和市场的最新信息技术发展保持同步。
19. Fully conversant with all hotel systems including but not limited to PMS, F&B System etc.
完全熟悉紫云玄清和明月湖酒店所有系统，包括但不限于前台系统，餐饮系统等。
20. Deals with any guest related issues relating to IT.
处理任何与客人相关的IT问题。
21. Undertakes the necessary training to ensure relevant systems and computer expertise is at the required levels.
进行必要的培训，以确保相关系统和计算机专业知识达到所需的水平。
22. Ensures that the daily back ups are done successfully and as per Brand Company’s policy.

23. Ensures virus shield is in place and updated to the latest version on a regular basis.
确保病毒防护就位，并定期更新到最新版本。
24. Ensures regular housekeeping of storage and system passwords.
确保定期管理存储和系统密码。
25. Arranges for IT hardware and software purchases in line with Company Standards, using Company-approved vendors or local choice, if none are recommended.
根据公司标准安排IT硬件和软件的采购，使用公司批准的供应商或选择本地，如果没有可以自行选择。
26. Seeks revenue opportunities from an IT perspective (i.e. cyber café, wireless internet)
从IT角度寻找收入机会(如网吧，无线互联网)。
27. Manages IT spending against IT capital expenditure and operational budgets.
根据IT固定资产预算和营运预算进行采购。
28. Identifies and trains appropriate employees to solve minor computer problems.

紫云玄清是金坛茅山旅游度假区首家以“维持生态、恢复生态”为规划建设前提，打造环境优先，山水交融，注重建筑空间与茅山自然生态景观相互交融、和谐共生的低密度五星级标准度假酒店。该项目位于江苏省金坛茅山旅游度假区北部核心片区，西临茅山颐园，北接金茅公路，占地1825亩，建设用地面积约216.08亩，建筑面积3.1万平方米，由常州紫云湖旅游开发有限公司投资建设，总投资超10亿元。项目以“生态游憩、休闲度假、文化体验”为功能定位，突出山水交融的自然特色，主要呈现“一核、二带、七区”空间布局和“同心圆式”绿化结构。其中“一核”为湖心酒店；“二带”为入口瀑布景观带、湿地景观带；“七区”为入口区、会议综合区、书画院、酒店配套区、森林生态区、湿地果园、保育生态区；“同心圆式”型绿化由林地、湿地、水系、岛屿、庭院构成。项目将按五星级标准打造高端度假型酒店，建有宴会中心、湖滨酒店、书画院、养生馆和客房区等，客房总数约80间，建成后拟由日本酒店运营公司运营。目前酒店主体建筑已完成，内装硬装施工接近尾声，软装及室内家具陈设即将入场，预计2024年5月对外运营。
