Assist the General Manager in the effective and smooth operation of the Secretariat to achieve departmental goals. Draft comprehensive operating reports, plans, summaries, resolution briefs, and official departmental documents. Participate in regular meetings, take minutes, and monitor the implementation of decisions and resolutions. Compile various reports and prepare company annual reports and records of external relations activities. Performs related duties such as daily reception, correspondence, and visits. Responsible for answering the General Manager's daily phone calls. Reviews and reviews external and internal documents.
