1.Assist the restaurant to complete the important reception and daily operation of the department according to the VIP work plan
按照VIP的工作计划，协助餐厅完成部门的重要接待和日常运转工作。
2.Attend the daily meeting of food and beverage department, understand the reception key points of the day, restaurant requirements, implement and complete the work assigned by superiors.
参加餐饮部每日例会，了解当日的接待重点，餐厅要求，执行完成上级下达的工作。
3.Summarize monthly customer comments and assist department manager to improve service level
总结每月客户意见，协助部门经理提高服务水平。
4.Implement restaurant service standards, continuously improve working procedures, maximize guest needs and ensure service quality.
执行餐厅服务标准，不断完善工作程序，最大限度地满足宾客需求，确保服务质量。
5.Give special attention to important guests and serve VIP guests
对重要客人予以特殊关注，为VIP客人服务。
6.Understand the needs and satisfaction of guests in a timely manner, communicate with guests at any time, ask for guests' opinions and suggestions; And the guests' opinions on food feedback, timely discovery and timely improvement, in order to improve the quality of dishes
及时了解客人的需求和满意度，随时与客人沟通，征求客人的意见和建议；并将客人对食品的意见反馈，及时发现及时改进，以提高菜肴出品质量。
Required Qualifications 任职要求
1.Height 165 or above, good image temperament
身高165以上，形象气质佳；
2.Cheerful personality, good at communication, strong ability to work under pressure, good organizational skills and team spirit
性格开朗，善于交流，抗压能力强，有良好的组织能力和团队精神；
3、Strong learning ability, more than 2 years catering service experience, have affinity
学习能力强，2年以上餐饮服务经验，有亲和力；
