1、Responsible for the daily maintenance, cleaning, and safety inspection of fitness equipment, promptly reporting faulty equipment for repair
负责健身器材的日常维护、清洁及安全检查，及时报修故障设备 
2、Monitor the hygiene conditions of the fitness area, maintain a clean and orderly environment, and ensure compliance with the hotel's sanitation standards
监督健身区域卫生状况，保持环境整洁有序，符合酒店卫生标准 
3、Guide members in the proper use of fitness equipment, provide professional fitness advice, and offer basic training instructions
指导会员正确使用健身器材，提供专业健身建议和基础训练指导 
4、Assist in formulating and implementing member service processes to enhance member satisfaction and fitness experience
协助制定并执行会员服务流程，提升会员满意度和健身体验 
5、Assist in organizing fitness courses and promotional activities to help achieve sales targets
配合组织健身课程及促销活动，协助完成销售指标 
6、Handle member complaints and emergencies, promptly report special situations to superiors
处理会员投诉及突发事件，及时向上级汇报特殊情况 
7、Complete the scheduling and employee attendance records, and assist in managing the part-time coaching team
完成排班表制定及员工考勤记录，协助管理兼职教练团协助健身中心经理管理日常运营工作，确保健身中心各项设施和服务高效运转
