1. Supervise and coordinate the daily work of laundry attendants, valet runners, and dry-cleaning staff.

2. Ensure all guest laundry, dry-cleaning, and pressing services are handled promptly, accurately, and with care.
确保所有客衣洗涤、干洗及熨烫服务及时、准确并谨慎处理。
3. Maintain cleanliness and order in the laundry area and linen storage rooms.
维护洗衣区域及布草库房的整洁与秩序。
4. Conduct monthly inventory of uniforms, linens, and guest supplies.
每月进行制服、布草及客用品盘点。
5. Monitor linen and uniform quality, report damages, and manage par levels.
监控布草及制服质量，报告损坏情况并管理库存标准。
6. Ensure guest laundry charges are posted correctly and in a timely manner.
确保客人洗衣费用准确及时入账。
7. Assist in training, scheduling, and evaluating laundry team members.
协助洗衣团队的培训、排班及绩效评估。
8. Motivate and coach team members to maintain high performance and service standards.
激励与指导团队成员，保持高水平的服务表现。
9. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and rush laundry requests professionally and promptly.
专业及时地处理客人问询、投诉及加急洗衣需求。
10. Coordinate with front office and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest service.
与前厅及客房部协调，确保客人服务无缝衔接。
11. Assist in departmental meetings and communicate work plans, issues, and updates.
协助部门会议，传达工作计划、问题及更新信息。
12. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and emergency procedures.

13. Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Houskeeper .
