1.Supervise and manage daily operation of guest rooms, keep track of guests'conditions and room availability, conduct on-site inspections of guest rooms,and ensure that all available rentals are always in the best condition.

2.Checkwork plans of regional supervisors, coach and train employees, and ensure thatall employees abide by hotel and room regulations and procedures.
检查各区城主管工作计划，辅导和培训员工，确保所有员工遵守酒店和客房规章和程序;
3.Accurately conduct inventory checks and consumption control of guest roomcleaning supplies.guest items and linen.
做好客房清洁用品、客用品品、布草盘点工作和消耗控制;
4.Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
