【岗位职责】
1、预测市场需求，为酒店争取市场关键时机。
2、制定定价策略：根据市场供需、竞争对手动态、预订趋势和历史数据，制定并执行动态的房价体系（如套餐价、公司协议价等），提高市场份额，同时取得更好的收益。
3、市场细分管理：针对不同客源（如散客、团队、协议公司、OTA等）制定差异化的价格和销售策略，平衡各渠道的贡献度。
4、始终能对环境竞争，优化每间可销售客房的平均收益。
5、预测与分析：进行日常、周度、月度和年度的收入预测，为酒店预算和经营决策提供数据支持。
6、监督酒店房间预订流量，节假日、特定时间段、OTA平台等价格展示情况，并确保操作系统与公司标准相一致。
7、负责跟踪和分析预订流程，团队流量，特别关注和加强团队预留房管理，更好的做好团队适度减量，提高收益。
8、制作收益报表：准备并主持每日、每周的收益会议，向管理层汇报业绩、市场趋势和行动计划。
9、渠道管理：管理与优化第三方渠道（如携程、飞猪、Booking.com等）的合作关系，确保价格一致性，并执行有效的营销活动。
【岗位要求】
1、要求本科及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、市场营销、统计学等相关专业优先。拥有3年以上酒店收益管理或相关领域（如前厅、销售）的工作经验；
2、精通收益管理原理和实践‘；
3、熟悉酒店运营流程和各部门职能；4、具有团队协作能力和管理能力；
5、对市场动态和竞争对手行为有快速的反应能力；
6、出色的沟通、计划管理和问题解决能力；
7、能在复杂的市场环境中，做出果断、合理的决策；
8、能适应快节奏的工作环境，应对业绩压力。
