Safetyand Security 安全

§  Follow property specific procedures for handling emergency situations(e.g. evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters).

根据酒店程序处理紧急情况(例如:疏散,医疗急救,自然灾害)

§  Report work related to accidents, or other injuries immediately uponoccurrence to manager/supervisor.

一旦发现任何事故,意外立即上报。

§  Follow company and department safety and security policies andprocedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.

根据酒店和部门的安全政策,保证清洁,安全的环境。

§  Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/or reportthem to management and security/safety personnel.

及时发现和纠正不安全的操作/情况,及时汇报给管理团队。

Policiesand Procedures 政策与程序

§  Follow company and departmentpolicies and procedures.

遵守公司和部门的政策和程序。

§  Be awareof safety and security issues and report to managers.

具有安全意识, 关心工作区域的安全性, 对于一些安全隐患要及时报告给经理。

§  Keep guestinformation confidential and only communicate the information with properpersonnel.

确保客人信息的机密性,只能与为了工作为目的的相关同事进行交流。

§  Ensurescompliance with all Guest Service policies, standards and procedures.

确保遵守所有宾客服务的政策,标准和程序。

§  Performother reasonable job duties as requested by Managers.

JobFunctions工作职责

§  Assist inbudget preparations and stimulate profitability of the Retail.

协助制作预算方案、积极创造收益。

§  Maximizeevery opportunity to increase revenue by up-selling.

抓住每个机会创造收益。

§  Responsiblefor all maintenance of equipment and its accessories in the Retail.

确保商店所有设备及辅助设备的正常运作。

§  Must befamiliar with common office software & equipment.

必须熟悉常见办公软件及设备

§  Maintaina close relationship with all sessions and departments in order to operatesmoothly.

跟所有部门保持紧密良好的关系以确保运作顺利。

§  To ensurea high level of professionalism, efficiency and training to achieve a guestsatisfaction.

确保通过提供专业、有效、高水平的服务以让客人满意。

§  To ensuredepartmental stock controls are observed and monitored on a daily basis.

做好每天的消耗统计及物品盘点以及库存控制。

§  Ordering

订单

§  Completeda purchase order with item style, number, description, classification code,quantity cost and retail price

在预订单上注明样式,数量,资料,等级号码, 打货价及单价

§  The P.O.should be signed by the manger and forward to controller for approval.

订单须由部门经理签字确认,并交与相关人员审批

§  Onceproper approval is obtained the order may be placed. A copy of the P.O. shouldbe maintained in Retail and copy should be forward to purchasing for receivingpurpose

订单通过后方可预订. 原件留在店里, 复印件给采购部留做收货用

§  Verifythe copy of the P.O. with merchandise received by purchasing

根据订单检查货品

§  Aftermerchandise forward to Retail, checked and compared to the original purchasingorder

在货品转到店里应与原件订单再核对一次

GuestRelations宾客关系

§  Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact,and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.

认知和欢迎每一位客人,微笑,目光接触,用客人的姓氏(名字)友好的问候。

§  Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timelymanner.

积极,专业,及时地处理客人的服务需求。

§  Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services,and area attractions/offerings.

和客人沟通了解其在住宿、服务的体验来和客人进行情感交流。

§  Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guestservice.

协助同事保证覆盖所有的对客服务需求。

§  Anticipate guests' service needs, including asking questions of gueststo better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferencesand acting on them whenever possible.

预见客人的需求,包括聆听、观察客人、询问客人,并且及时地满足客人的需求。

§  Generate quality guest preferences through every interaction with guest.

§  Discuss work topics, activities, or problems with employees,supervisors, or managers discreetly and quietly, avoiding public areas of theproperty.

§  Provide assistance to employees, ensuring they understand their tasks.

协助同事,保证他们了解任务。

§  Exchange information with employees effectively.
