【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店各类设施设备的日常巡检、维护及保养工作，确保设备正常运行；
2、及时处理酒店内出现的工程故障，包括水电、空调、管道、消防系统等，保障酒店运营顺畅；
3、协助完成酒店小型工程改造及设备安装调试工作；
4、定期检查并记录设备运行数据，发现问题及时上报并提出改进建议；
5、严格遵守安全操作规程，确保维修作业符合行业标准及酒店安全规范；
6、配合其他部门完成临时性工程任务，提供技术支持。
【岗位要求】
1、具备基本的工程维修技能，熟悉水电、空调、管道等常见设备维护；
2、工作认真负责，具备较强的动手能力和问题解决能力；
3、能适应倒班工作制，具备一定的应急处理能力；
4、持有相关职业资格证书（如电工证、焊工证等）者优先；
5、具有良好的团队合作意识，服从工作安排；
6、无经验者可接受培训，有酒店工程维修经验者优先。
