【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店客房、会议、宴会等产品的销售工作，完成公司制定的销售目标；
2、开发并维护客户资源，包括企业客户、旅行社、OTA平台等，建立长期稳定的合作关系；
3、拜访客户，了解客户需求，提供定制化的销售方案，提升客户满意度；
4、跟进销售合同签订及后续服务，确保客户需求得到及时响应与落实；
5、收集市场信息及竞争对手动态，分析行业趋势，为销售策略调整提供支持；
6、参与酒店营销活动的策划与执行，提升品牌影响力及市场占有率；
7、协助财务部门完成应收账款管理，确保销售回款及时。
【岗位要求】
1、具备市场开拓能力及客户服务意识，能够独立完成销售任务；
2、优秀的沟通协调能力，能够与客户及内部团队高效协作；
3、具备一定的抗压能力，适应快节奏的销售工作环境；
4、熟悉酒店行业销售流程及市场运作模式者优先；
5、熟练使用Office办公软件及CRM系统；
6、形象气质佳，具备良好的职业素养。
