【岗位职责】

1、全面负责酒店预订及总机部门的日常运营管理工作，确保预订系统高效运转；

2、制定并优化预订流程及总机服务标准，提升客户预订体验及电话服务质量；

3、监督团队完成客房预订、变更、取消等业务，确保数据准确性和及时性；

4、协调前台、客房、销售等部门，处理突发预订问题及客户特殊需求；

5、分析预订数据及市场趋势，为管理层提供经营决策支持；

6、负责预订系统的维护与升级，确保技术支持的稳定性；

7、定期培训团队成员，提升其业务技能与服务意识。

【岗位要求】

1、具备酒店管理、旅游管理或相关领域知识，熟悉酒店预订系统操作；

2、优秀的沟通协调能力，能高效处理客户及内部协作需求；

3、数据敏感度高，擅长通过数据分析优化运营策略；

4、具备团队管理经验，能有效激励和指导下属；

5、抗压能力强，适应快节奏工作环境，能灵活应对突发情况；

6、注重细节，对服务品质有高标准要求。
