1.      Basic Responsibilities

基本职责

1)

2.      Operation Efficiency

1) Monitor and review Quality Standards
for the Department.

2) Control and monitor availability of
rooms, room types and rate categories.

3) Attend promptly to all guest
complaints and requests.

及时处理客户投诉和要求。

4) Oversee the inspection of VIP rooms
and suites.

监督VIP房和套房的检查。

5) Implement opportunities for quality
Team Building.

为团队建设提供机会。

6) Conduct regular Departmental TM
meetings to keep all team members informed.

定期召开部门员工会议,确保所有员工信息分享。

7) Participate in the Hotel “Manager on
Duty” program.

参与酒店“值班经理”项目。

8) Ensure compliance with legislated
heath and safety requirements within the workplace.

确保在工作场所内遵守法律规定的健康和安全要求。

9) Comply with all Corporate and Hotel
Standards and Procedures.

遵守公司和酒店的所有标准和程序。

10)Adhere to the hotel’s security and
emergency policies and procedures.

11)To ensure that all team members have a complete understanding
of and adhere to the Hotel’s Team member Rules and Regulations.

3.      Profitability

盈利能力

1) Provide a professional, advisory and
executive support service to the General Manager to

assist
in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment.

            为总经理提供专业的,可供咨询和执行的支持,协助实现公司的战略目标。

       
2) Implement strategies aimed at cost
minimization, productivity maximization without reduction of Rooms Quality
Standards.

在不降低客房质量标准的前提下,实施成本最小化、产生率最大化的策略。

 
3)  Participate in the preparation
of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans.

            参与商务战略和运营计划的制订。

4) 
Considerable skill in math and algebraic equations using percentages.

            数学运算能力。

5) 
Purchase operational supplies as required within budget and outlook.

            在预算范围内购买运营所需用品。

6)  Thorough knowledge of service, cost control in rooms, labor controls, maintenance,

merchandising, system and accounting.

            对于服务、房务部费用、人工成本控制、设备维护、销售、系统和财务方面有深入了解。

7)  Prepare work schedules and annual schedules
within budget, business expectations and guidelines of the appropriate
industrial legislation.

            在预算、商业预期和政策的要求下,编制工作计划和年度计划表。

4.      Administration

部门管理

1)  Coordinate
appropriate projects for all Rooms Division.

协调房务部相应项目。

2)  Negotiate
contracts with approved suppliers as per corporate policy.

根据公司政策与被批准的供应商进行合同谈判。

3) Monitor guest questionnaires and YES results to
identify shortfalls and remedy service     
issues.

监督客户问卷和客人满意度指数结果,以便发现服务问题和安排补救措施。

4) Complete and update annually
Standards and Procedures for the Rooms Division.

完善并更新房务部年度标准和程序。

5) Prepare monthly outlook/forecast
reports and compile rooms reports as requested.

根据需要准备月度预测报告和编制房务部报告。

6) Strong interpersonal skills and
attention to detail.

优秀的人际处理能力并关注细节。

7) Ensure that all associates comply
with the grooming and uniform standards.

确保所有员工符合仪容仪表及制服标准。

8) Actively promote a work
environment, which cares for guests and team members alike.

积极提升工作环境,关爱客户及员工。

9) Conduct development and performance reviews,
identifying key personnel for further development and structured career path.
