8) All operations management of the health club.
管理俱乐部所有运作。
9) Be instrumental in staff training, development and service standards.
管理员工的培训,发展和服务标准。
10)Be visible and accessible to all members and guests.
对待所有会员和客人平易近人。
11)Ensure health club operates at maximum efficiency and profitability at all times.
保证俱乐部高效率的运作和收益。
12)Ensure the health club is in a safe and clean condition at all times.
保证俱乐部的环境安全且卫生。
13)Provide strong leadership and management, serve as a role model to staff, and lead by
example.
14)具备很强的管理及领导能力,且在员工面前以身作则。
15)To handle guest feedback/complaints and to ensure effective guest recovery process is
implemented.
处理客人的意见反馈和投诉,并及时进行补救。
16)Eliminate unsafe hidden danger inside the health club.

17)To ensure cleaning and hygiene standards comply with governmental rules and regulations.

2. Technical Responsibilities
技术职能
1) Ensures that all equipment is proper maintained and in excellent working order at all times.
正确保养器材,使其始终保持在最佳工作状态。
2) Establishes good public relations with all users of the facilities of the Health Club.
与健身中心的客人保持良好的公共关系。
3) Attends any training required, both technical and practical in operating the equipment and being able to get the maximum out of all equipment located within the Health Club.
参加技术性和实用性操作设备训练,使健身中心的设备物尽其用。
4) To be familiar with all equipment within the Health Club.
熟悉健身中心的所有设备。
5) Introduces all activities and facilities of the Health Club to its patrons.
向客人介绍健身中心的所有活动及设施。
6) Ensures that at all times associates working within the health club is neat, in the correct attire and ready to perform their utmost at all times.
确保员工在工作时保持着装整洁,穿着正确的服装,始终以最佳状态迎接客人。
7) Daily inspection, record the shortcomings and adjust immediately.
每日进行检查,对不足之处进行记录并马上调整。
3. Commercial Responsibilities
商务职能
1) Able to handle guest requests in relation to the health club in a friendly, efficient and courteous
manner at all times.
友好、高效、礼貌地为客人解决与健身中心相关的需求。
2) Turn every guest contact into a sales opportunity by informing all incoming guests/members of
the following: Current upcoming specials in the health club or hotel, member's activities, and introducing other services.
利用任何机会向会员或客人推销酒店活动、会员活动和其他服务。
4. Human Resources Responsibilities
