Operations营运

•Be responsible for daily operation of the restaurant to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.

负责餐厅日常的营运,保证餐厅营运顺畅。

•Open and close daily operation according to the superior arrangement.

遵照上级的安排表来开始和结束一天的营运。

•Initiate aggressive guest interaction through seeking and soliciting feedback from guests.

与客人进行积极的互动和交流,征求客人的反馈以提高服务质量。

•Train, maintain and enforce all Langham service standards.

培训、维持和执行所有朗廷酒店的服务标准。

•Ensure that food and beverages are provided with quality assurance.

确保所提供的食品和饮料有质量保证。

•Properly execute revenue and check control procedures on shift.

严格执行收入和账单的操作程序。

•Handle daily colleague relationships (e.g., shift adjustment).

处理日常同事的协作关系(例如,班次调整)。

•Maintain a safe & sanitary work environment for all colleagues & guests.

为所有的同事和客人,建立一个安全及卫生的工作环境。

•Provide the best possible help for restaurant operation (e.g., schedules, floor plans, reservations).

•Find solutions for problems such as call outs, last minute bookings, or any other daily problems that may arise.

•Be on the floor during the shift and assist servers or hostess to ensure guests are satisfied.

•Ensure all work is done on a daily basis.

•Maintain proper colleague uniform standards.

•Establish an effective engineering maintenance and maintenance procedure through work assignment and surprise inspection.

•Understand and guide the principle of authorization to ensure guest satisfaction.

•Exercise station rotation to ensure stations are distributed fairly.

•Implement effective training for new colleagues by using records, menus, and appropriate reference manuals.

•Encourage problem solving by colleagues through proper training and empowerment.

•Establish effective communication with colleagues to gain their trust and respect.

•Maintain fair and consistent counselling and disciplinary procedures.

•All details regulatory framework refer to colleague handbook.

Administration 行政管理

•Communicate directly or through the logbook with the next shift supervisor or manager.

直接或通过日志本与下一班次的主管或经理进行沟通。

•Identify and recommend incentive programs, new ideas, and methods of operation.

确定并推荐奖励项目,新主意和方法进行运作。

•Promote positive inter-department relationship.

积极推动部门与部门之间的关系。

•Be aware of accident prevention and help enforce safe working conditions to achieve the goal of zero accidents.

了解事故预防并加强工作安全以达到零事故的目标。

•Perform any duties assigned by the Management.

执行任何管理层委托的工作。
