Job Responsibilities岗位职责
Order necessary materials and beverage according to operation situation.
根据运营情况订购所需物资及酒水。
Prepare drinks and serve wine according to order during operation.
开餐期间根据订单准备相应饮品及侍酒。Check inventory once a month.
月底盘点。
Supervise day-to-day bar operations adhering to service standards
管理酒吧的日常运作，坚持服务标准Handling of guests complaints in a timely and effective manner
及时有效地处理客人投诉
Checking of guests’satisfaction and proper handling of feedback and follow-up
检查客人满意度，处理投诉并跟进
Assist the Bar Manager in conducting daily shift briefings to update and disseminate relevant information to bar employees
协助酒吧经理召开每个班次的班前例会，向酒吧员工更新和传达相关信息Assist to promote beverage sales and increase beverage revenue.
协助推销酒水，提升酒水收入。
Reduce waste and control costs.减少浪费，控制成本。
Coffee machine cleaning and maintenance.咖啡机的清洁与保养。
Requirement岗位要求
Have rich knowledge of beverage,familiar with the process of beverage production.
具有丰富的酒水知识，熟悉店内所售饮品的制作流程。Good presentation skill and learning ability.
具有良好的表达能力和学习能力。
Healthy, energetic and free from infectious diseases.
身体健康、精力充沛、无传染疾病。Strong executive ability.
较强的执行能力。
国际联号工作经历：优先语言能力：英语-良好计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：20-40岁
