【岗位职责】
1.参加部门工作例会，了解每日的宴会安排情况;
2.协助上级完成日常工作;
3.做好宴会设计、现场布置，督导服务员做好宴会前的摆台、清洁卫生、服务用具供应等准备工作
4.督导服务人员按照客人要求提供优质服务并尽量满足客人的特殊要求;
5.关注客人用餐状况，适时征询客人的意见、建议，及时处理客人投诉及突发性事件并向宴会经理汇报。
【岗位要求】
1.两年以上同岗位工作经验
2.具有良好的工作计划能力、信息沟通能力、处理顾客投诉和解决问题的能力
3.具有良好的服务意识
