工作职责：
1. 负责酒店前台日常运营管理，确保宾客接待、入住、退房等服务流程高效顺畅。
2. 监督值班期间前台员工的工作表现，合理安排班次与岗位分工，提升团队服务水准。
3. 处理宾客投诉及突发事件，及时协调相关部门解决问题，保障客户满意度。
4. 检查并落实前台操作规范、安全制度及服务质量标准，确保符合酒店管理要求。
5. 协助完成运营报表、数据核对及交接工作，定期向上级汇报运营情况。
任职资格：
1. 大专及以上学历，具有4年以上高星级酒店前台或客户服务相关工作经验。
2. 熟悉酒店前厅运营流程及PMS系统操作，具备较强的现场管理能力。
3.希尔顿集团工作经历优先（熟练使用Onq系统）
3. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、应变能力和服务意识，能妥善处理突发状况。
4. 能适应轮班工作制，责任心强，工作细致，具备团队领导经验者优先。
5. 普通话流利，具备英语沟通能力，熟练使用办公软件。
