· 核算和审核所有采购定单，收货记录和供应商发票(采购发票与程序一致)上所有项目；
· 在付款之前要确保所有的发票都有相应的凭证作为依据；
· 为所有供应商发票和信用记录准备凭证，包括成本分配和帐目代码；
· 每月编制供应商结算平衡表来记录酒店应付账款；
· 答复供应商和其他人员的询问会涉及到应付账款；
· 完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
