Assists in answering inquiries from the employees on personnel and training issues respectively whenever possible.
在可能的情况下协助回复员工对于人事及培训方面事宜的要求及疑问。Assists in the preparation of venue for the monthly Departmental Trainer forums and activities.
协助准备月度的部门培训师会议及活动的安排。Assists in various campaigns.
协助完成酒店的各种活动。Provides courteous and professional service at all times.
不间断地提供礼貌并专业的服务。Assist the Director of Learning and Development in completing daily work.
协助学习与发展总监完成日常工作。
任职资格
- Good written and oral proficiency in the English.
- 英语口语流利、良好的英语听、写能力;
-Proficiency in using office software which including but not limited
in PowerPoint.
- 熟练操作办公室各种软件其中包括但不限于幻灯片制作;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- 优秀的展示及沟通技巧;
- Excellent organization & coordination skill.
- 具有较强的组织协调能力;
- Team work spirit.
- 较强的团队合作意识;
