Primary Responsibilities 主要职责

Demonstratesa commitment to personal guest service excellence.
Knowledgeable about all aspects of treatments and the facility,and in spa therapy.
Possessknowledge about all aspect and the facility to ensure guests are provided with accurate information, and inquiries are respondedto with completedetails.
Supervisesoperations of spa reception desk to ensure smooth service delivery, including guest service, procedures, accounting.
Coordinatessales activities when needed.
Provides administrative support to spa departments asneeded, ensuring all records are accurate.
Responsiblefor the efficient training of all Experience Coordinators in all aspects of jobtasks, and to assist in the training and development of new hires and currentpersonnel.
Assists in the administrations and implementations of talent training inall aspects of Spa’s operations; i.e. business telephone usage, guestrelations, retail sales, spa services.
Ensures thatattention to details is accurately maintainedwith each guest reservation and all guest requirements or issues are clearly stated to ensure smooth service delivery.
Thoroughlyunderstands and adheres to proper credit, andcash-handling policies and procedures.
Ensuresguests and members satisfaction at all times byensuring that safety and service is always the spa’s first priority.

确保关注的细节准确地包含了每一位客人预订的情况，并清楚地陈述所有客人的要求或问题，以确保顺利地传递服务。
全面了解并遵守正确信贷、现金流程制度和程序。
通过确保安全和服务一直是SPA的首要任务，来确保客人和会员始终的满意度。

Knowledge and Experience知识和经验

Must beguest-oriented, have a vibrant personality, and radiate enthusiasm to assistpeople.
Proficient inMandarin (verbal and written) with a second or third language is an asset.
Computerliteracy in Windows, MS Office Word, Excel, Opera PMS System, and Spa Soft is recommended.
Diploma ordegree in hospitality or related field is an asset.
Immaculatepresentation and grooming.
Experience within the Spa field required.
