【岗位职责】
1、在市场销售总监及销售总监的监督下，履行酒店赋予的职责。
2、协助销售总监监督整个部门的运作。
3、清楚地了解其分管区域的销售目标，并预先在销售计划中将目标进行细分。
4、监督和评估当下的市场销售活动及市场动态。
5、协助有效销售工作的进行，确保对于潜在客户的全面覆盖，跟进的高效实行。
6、确保销售人员按相关政策和规定及时回复客户需求。
7、协助及协调部门内部对于主要客户来访的接待工作。
8、根据酒店的住房及会议情况，评估市场机遇，并协助其他部门。
9、通过对酒店销售人员的培训、引导，提升住房率，给酒店带来收益。
10、通过对销售人员的培训、引导，制定相应的规则，使团队销售潜力发挥到最大，建立荣誉感，提升忠诚度。
