【职位描述】
1. 负责酒店客房、公共区域及后勤区域的木制家具、门窗、装饰面板等设施的日常维修与保养。
Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of wooden furniture, doors, windows, decorative panels, and related facilities in guest
rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
2. 执行预防性维护计划，定期检查木质结构及装饰，及时发现并处理潜在问题。
Execute preventive maintenance programs, conduct regular inspections of wooden structures and finishes, and identify and address potential issues in a timely manner.
3. 根据实际需求，进行现场木作修复、五金件更换、结构加固等工作。
Perform on-site carpentry repairs, hardware replacements, structural reinforcement, and other related tasks as required.
4. 跟进客房报修工单，确保在规定时间内完成维修，并保证维修质量符合酒店标准。
Follow up on guest room maintenance work orders, ensure repairs are completed within the specified timeframe, and maintain quality
standards in line with hotel requirements.
5. （主管职责）带领木工团队完成日常维修及专项整改任务，合理分配工作，监督施工质量与安全。
(For Team Leader) Lead the carpentry team in daily maintenance and special renovation projects, allocate tasks appropriately, and supervise
work quality and safety.
6. （值班工职责）在值班期间负责处理紧急维修需求，协调相关工种配合，保障酒店运营正常。
(For Duty Engineer) Handle emergency maintenance requests during duty shifts, coordinate with relevant trades, and ensure uninterrupted
hotel operations.

【任职要求】
中专、高中及以上学历，木工、装修或相关专业优先
 Technical secondary school, high school diploma or above; major in carpentry, interior finishing, or a related field preferred.

2年以上酒店或相关行业木工维修经验 
 Minimum 2 years of carpentry maintenance experience in a hotel or related industry.

持有电工证、焊工证或相关职业资格证书者优先 
 Obtain an electrician certificate, welding, or relevant vocational certification is preferred.
