Job Duties (includingbut not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：
Under the general direction of the Service Centre Team Leader and withinthe limits of established Rosewood Hotels brand and local policies andprocedures, performs all aspects of Service Centre services to achieve thehighest possible guest satisfaction. 
在助理服务中心经理与服务中心主管的指导下，遵循当地政策和酒店程序，遵循服务中心的服务标准，达到尽可能高的客人满意度。

有效地人际交往能力及团队合作精神。
2. Happy outgoing personality, wants to grow and learn.

3. Good communication of English and Mandarin

Experience 经验要求：
Relevantexperience is preferred.
