Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：
1. Responsible for the day-to-day operationand maintenance in the hotel; ensuring the normal operation of the equipmentand facilities; minimizing the equipment's failure rate. 
该职责是负责酒店内设备的日常运行与维修，确保设备正常运行并将其故障率降至最低。
2. In charge of repairing, installation andpreventive maintenance of all the hotel’s electrical equipment. 
维修、安装和预防性保养所有酒店的电气设备。
3. Inspect and check the daily run of highand low voltage systems & fire systems. Monitor the normal operation ofequipment and keep the records.
做好日常高低压系统、消防系统等运行巡视检查工作，做好工作日志及运行记录，监督设备的正常运行。
4. Attend to the maintenance of all theelectric equipment.
参加所有电器设备的维修保养。
5. Be familiar with all the electricalpower distribution and lighting systems, its operating requirement andcharacteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement.
了解掌握饭店配电和灯光系统以及设备的运行要求和特性，严格按照设备要求和特性操作设备。

Requirements 任职资格：
1. Education:Diploma or above.
大专以上文化程度。
2. GeneralSkills: Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speedand accuracy.
能准确，迅速，细致的完成本职工作。
3. Meet specialcondition response capacity
遇到特殊情况的反应能力。

Experiences 经验要求：
Minimum 3 years’experience in Technician - Electrician.
至少3年以上电工（强电）技工工作经验。
