·         Organises kitchen operations and prepares and serves a range of dishes, whilst supervising junior members of the Kitchen Brigade.

·          Adhere to local regulationsconcerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brandstandards and local policies and procedures.

·        Proficient in Cantonese cuisinecooking techniques, familiar with the preparation processes of both traditionaland innovative Cantonese dishes.

·        Possess strong kitchenmanagement capabilities, able to effectively coordinate team work and optimizeworkflows.

·        对食材品质有严格要求，熟悉市场供应及成本控制；
