DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责
•	Perform monitoring and maintenance tasks assigned by superior officers and keep the precinct in a good operational condition.
执行上司分配的监控、守护勤务并确保所辖区域的设备正常运作。
•	Keep unrelated personnel away from the Fire Control Center.
阻止无关人员随意进入消防中心。
•	Register names and business before others entering; supervise and control all their actions.
对因工作需要进入的有关人员应作好登记，并对其一切行为进行监督。
•	Carry out the internal responsibility in Fire Control Center..
认真履行和落实消防中心的岗位内务工作。
•	Register when equipments are needed by duty officers. Supervise and provide  Interphones’ batteries charging, maintenance, check－in and check out service.
对因工作需求使用执勤装备的人员参照《装备使用登记表》做好登记。负责对讲机的充电、看护、发放、收取和监督及管理工作。
•	Pay close attention to CCTV and alarm mainframe, report to manager immediately when abnormal situation occurs and help investigating at the same time.
严密注意闭路电视和报警主机的一切动向，发现异状，立即通报主管，同时配合查处。
•	In charge of changing & storaging video tape.
负责录像磁带的更换和保管。
•	Coordinate with superior officer and Engineering Department to process alarm information.
配合上司和工程部处理各类报警信息。
•	Ensure equipments in FFC are in a good operational condition.
保障消防中心的设备时刻处于正常的运作状态。
•	Record any incident and issue happened on duty. 
对监控和运作中所发现的一切事件应认真记录，以备核查。

任职资格：
•	Holds an Intermediate Fire Facilities Operator certificate
有中级消防设施操作员证（中控证）
•	Minimum 1 year experience at the same position in international five－star hotels. 
至少在国际级别五星级酒店担任相应职位达1年以上
