·Be responsiblefor the input and review of HR System information

·Make sure the monthly payrollruns smoothly
·确保每月工资顺利发放。
·Takes charge of contract renewing, probation collection, and otherrelevant works
·负责劳动合同续签、试用期转正以及其它相关工作。
·Ensure overtime claims are supported by proper approval andauthorization
·确保申报的加班附有完整的签字审批手续。
·Sick leave and other leaves Management
·病假和其他各类休假的管理。
· Management social insurance and public accumulation fund for housingconstruction
·社会保险及公积金的管理。
·Has basicworking knowledge of legal guidelines & regulations.
·具备法律法规的基本工作常识。
·By 5th of each month, send Monthly Annual Leave Report and MonthlyOvertime Report to each department by the end of previous month
·每月5号之前将上个月的年假和加班报告发送至各个部门。
· Management for Locker area, staff dormitory, shift dorms, staff canteen, activity room and smoking area cleanlinessstandards
·管理更衣室、倒班宿舍、员工宿舍、员工餐厅、活动室、吸烟区,并符合酒店的卫生标准。
·Be knowledgeable in external and internal compensation data, e.g. socialaverage salary, social lowest salary, housing fund ratio etc
·熟悉公司外部和内部的薪酬数据,如社会平均工资,社会最低工资,住房公积金比例等。
·Training to Departmental Attendance Keeper user on how to use HR Systemproperly if needed
·必要时培训部门考勤员如何正确使用人力资源系统。
·Collects and reports issues mentioned in staff suggestion box, andfeedback follow-up situation.
·及时收集并反映员工建议箱所提及事宜,并反馈跟进情况。
·Provide necessary information and explanations to staff in the timecorrectly as required
·为员工的询问提供准确的回答及解释。
·Avoids negative comments on hotel policies and procedures, financial andbusiness performance, promotions, and activities
·避免消极评判酒店的规章制度,生意情况,提升,业绩表现等事情。
·Management and inventory fixed assets. If any assets are changed, should be noted in a detailed record.
·固定资产管理与盘点,如有外借资产,须有详细记录注明去向。
· Handle staff’sleaving to adhere to proper procedures by resignation or termination and ensurenecessary documents have been attached accordingly

QUALIFICATIONSAND REQUIREMENTS 任职要求

• Diploma in Human Resources, Training or Business Administration.
