1.完成中厨和宴会厨房点心的岗位的各项出品工作。
2.以专业和安全的方法完成工作任务，服从多岗位任务安排。
3.负责每日为中餐厅提供高质量的点心。在厨师长领导下负责当班期间中厨及宴会点心线的运作和成本核算。
4.负责点心线的日常备货，成本控制，对中厨房负责人负责。
