【岗位职责】
1、负责中餐厅日常运营，对客服务及营业收入。
2、确保遵循酒店的政策方针和品牌标准。
3、确保所有队员遵守酒店仪容仪表和个人卫生标准。
4、确保正确解释酒店的服务标准和酒店政策给员工并且让员工正确的执行。
5、提供良好的工作氛围和建立和谐的团队，增加团队的士气和工作效率。
6、提前意识到缺少服务标准的对客服务并及时制定发展计划，跟踪和执行改变。
7、运营时候处理所有的客人建议并且记录在部门日志上面。
8、设计客人和VIP客人的记录并且维护。
9、与中厨房共同配合达成各项预算及经营目标。
