【岗位职责】
1、 制定并执行酒店年度市场销售策略与预算计划，确保收入目标达成，提升酒店在淄博及周边区域的市场份额。
2、 全面负责酒店客房、宴会、会议及餐饮等产品的销售推广，拓展并维护企业客户、旅行社、会议策划公司及OTA渠道。
3、 领导销售团队，设定个人及团队销售指标，定期进行绩效评估与培训指导，提升团队专业能力与业务产出。
4、 监测市场竞争动态与行业趋势，定期分析销售数据与客户反馈，及时调整销售策略及价格体系。
5、 与运营、前厅、餐饮等部门紧密协作，确保客户体验与产品交付质量，处理重大客户投诉及特殊需求。
6、 代表酒店参与行业展会、客户拜访及商务洽谈，建立并维护高价值客户关系，提升酒店品牌知名度。
【岗位要求】
1、 至少大专学历、品牌酒店市场销售总监/副总监至少2年工作经验，需具备酒店市场销售领域核心能力，有国际品牌酒店销售管理经验者优先。
2、 熟悉酒店收益管理、渠道运营及客户开发流程，具备成功带领团队完成销售指标的实际案例。
3、 卓越的商务谈判技巧与客户关系维护能力，能独立开发并维护高端企业及集团客户资源。
4、 结果导向，具备较强的数据分析与策略制定能力，能根据市场变化快速调整销售方向。
5、 优秀的沟通协调与团队管理能力，善于跨部门协作，能有效激励团队达成目标。
6、 熟悉淄博及周边酒店市场环境，拥有本地客户资源者优先考虑。
