MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 岗位概要:
1. Ensure day-to-day operational efficiency of the section.

2. Assign rooms and delegate jobs to room attendants.

3. Ensure staff under his / her jurisdiction performs their duties and responsibilities according to approved systems and procedures.

4. Give additional assignments over and above regular duties if required.

5. Prepare work schedules and distribute work assignments / projects and room allocations for VIP’s and RA’s fairly.

JOB SPECIFICATION 岗位要求:
1. Ability to master guest room cleaning, sanitation and maintenance.

2. Ability to master ‘make up’ and ‘turn down’ bed procedures.

3. Ability to master proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment
