工作职责：1. 负责前厅部的日常接待工作，包括但不限于迎接、引导和送别客人，确保每位客人都能感受到热情周到的服务。
2. 协助处理客人的入住和退房手续，确保流程顺畅，解答客人在办理过程中遇到的问题。
3. 负责接听和转接前厅部的电话，准确记录并传达客人的需求和留言。
4. 协助维护前厅部的整洁和秩序，包括检查并补充宣传资料、保持接待台面的整洁等。
5. 参与前厅部的团队会议和培训，不断提升自己的服务技能和专业知识。
6. 及时向上级汇报客人的反馈和意见，协助改进服务质量。
任职资格：1. 大专在读学生，专业不限，但需对酒店服务行业有浓厚兴趣并考虑长期在酒店行业发展。
2. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够热情、耐心地与客人交流。
3. 具备一定的应变能力和解决问题的能力，能够在面对突发情况时迅速作出反应。
4. 工作认真负责，注重细节，能够保持高度的责任心和敬业精神。
5. 具备一定的英语基础，能够进行基本的英语交流，以应对国际客人的需求。
6. 有相关实习或兼职工作经验者优先考虑，但非必须条件。
