岗位职责
·       1.  Maximize AccorHotels marketshare within his/her area/territory.
在职责领域内最大化雅高酒店集团的市场只有率。
·        2. Personally handle key accountsin each of the hotel’s major contributing market segments. Establish regularcontact with major associations and government departments. 
亲自处理酒店每个主要细分市场的大客户。与主要团体及政府机构建立经常性联系。
·       3. Actively get involved withsales solicitation of major accounts.
积极通过销售活动为酒店带来重要客户。
·         4.Ensure that the sales teammeet clients requirement and that the client service offered correspondseffectively to their requests. In the event of complaints made by clients,should the need arise, to avail him/herself as mediator between the hotel and clients.
确保销售团队及其服务符合客户要求。如果遇到客人投诉，如有必要，应主动担当酒店和客人之间的调解人。
·       5. Ensure the availability ofafter-sales services and, in particular, concerns him/herself with clients whohave registered complaints.
确保售后服务的提供，特别要关注提出投诉的客人。
·        6. Organize and attend tradeshows when requested. 
按要求组织及参加行业展会。
·        7.Concern himself / herself withthe welcoming and orientation of new talents.
对新人才进行欢迎和入职培训。
·         8.Public relations 公关：
-      Develop and foster goodrapport with the public, clients and members of the trade in an effort toensure and promote a good image of the hotel. 
与公众、顾客和行业会员发展良好关系以确保并提升酒店形象。
-      Ensure all sales advertisingand public relations efforts provide optimum profit returns.
确保所有销售和公共关系广告取得最佳回报。

岗位要求
1、大专以上文化程度；8年以上同岗位工作经验。
2、按照公司整体要求，制定和组织实施公司在市场策划、销售管理、客户服务和物业管理的战略规划。
3、负责项目可行性比选阶段的市场研究、客户分析、市场定位和营销推广方案设计。
4、负责监督和考核公司各项目的营销推广、销售进度、销售回款和客户服务等，支持和保障项目实施。
5、负责组织营销推广、销售执行、客户服务等方面专业人员的培训。
6、英语口语和书写流利。
