责任概要：
负责引导管理服务生，通过快捷、礼貌和准确的服务确保客人的满意度。以万豪亲切和专业的方式接待并服务客人。以积极友好的形象面对客人及员工。保持专业形象和一个始终干净明亮的餐厅。
岗位职责：
1.服从万豪酒店的一切政策和程序。
2.在酒店中，承担在日常运作中的责任，以确保能顺利营运。
3.与员工一起为客人服务，从而达到客户满意度。
4.在营运前进行岗位检查，包括桌椅的清洁，盐罐，胡椒罐，糖罐，烟灰缸，花，台灯，餐具，玻璃器皿的摆放是否正确整齐。
5.与客人进行积极的互动，来寻找和征求反馈。
6.在部门中，培训、维持和执行所有万豪的服务标准。
7.处理日常员工的协作关系。
8.在班次上正确执行收入和账单控制程序。
9.确保在餐厅营运时，在各自的岗位上，协助服务员或领位员，使客人满意。
10.运用岗位的轮换制，来确保工作安排的合理性。
11.综上所述，领班要以身作责来激励我们的员工取得成功。
职位要求：
1.至少1年的餐厅工作经验
2.会基本英文的交流
3.有同等国际联号酒店工作经验优先
4.热爱酒店行业，有良好的服务意识
语言能力：英语-一般计算机能力：熟练年龄要求：18-40岁
