责任概要：负责通过高效地方式为酒店客人提供高效率和准确地信息。为所有客房部主管和其他部门要求的管家服务提供文书行政工作。
工作任务：
1.确保部门每日相关工作的效率。
2.接听内部和客人的电话。及时将口讯传递给部门和各人。
3.当有需要时准备和打印房间状态报表。
4.准备住店VIP，预计到达/离店，宴会和团队等名单。
5.负责与前台交流楼层相关客房状态。
6.处理失物招领。确保所有交出的失物都有适当的标签，记录入库。
7.在接受到维修指示时准备维修记录。确保楼层和公共区域的工作指示及时开写维修单交予工程部。
8.及时在电脑中更新房态。确保录入的准确。
9.和公共区域的主管协调/交流管家服务在所有公共区域的相关问题。
10.严格的遵守酒店和客房部的政策和流程有效的发挥到工作中。
岗位要求：
1.适应文员的工作时间安排，早班和中班轮流排班。
2.熟练使用计算机和excel、word等相关办公软件。
3.基本的英文读写技能。
4.大专以上学历，有文员实习经验者可优先考虑
