岗位职责：
1、负责酒店前厅部的管理工作，熟知前厅服务设施的功能，确保其处于完好状态；
2、进行有关的市场分析，制定部门工作计划和预算工作；
3、保持良好的客际关系，能独立有效地处理宾客投诉；
4、协助酒店与更高一级领导处理突发事件。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，有高星级度假酒店相关岗位经验3年以上；
2、熟悉酒店前厅的经营管理工作经验，具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神；
3、督导前厅各分部门员工服务质量标准、操作流程标准并对前厅各项工作实施全面监管；
4、有效贯彻、落实并完成部门制定的工作计划；
5、英语对话流利，较强的协调管理能力和一定的销售能力；
