岗位职责：
1.实现个人销售目标；
2.准备商业计划和合同,为满足客户需求的同时，做到利润最大化；
3.通过销售拜访、旅行社和其他公司客户来开拓新业务；
4.每周回顾个人和团队的目标，并采取适当的行动来实现目标；
5.确保销售部所有物品都是符合集团标准的；
6.通过跟进每日房间和宴会预定情况，最大化的确保每日住房率；
7.保持与所有其他酒店员工良好的工作关系，以推动和促进合作的和谐的工作环境。
岗位要求：
1.至少一到三年五星级酒店工作经验；
2.熟悉本地市场；
3.本科学历以上优先；
4.有国际酒店相关工作经验；
5.具有良好的团队协作能力；
6.基本的法律相关知识。
