Responsibilities 
 工作职责
Assist the Executive Housekeeper in the day to day  operation of all public areas both hotel and office  
在日常工作中协助客房部行政管家对酒店、办公室，花房进行监督。
Organizes daily, weekly, quarterly and monthly master  cleaning schedules.
组织每日、每周、每季度、每月的清洁工作表。
Organizes distribution of trouble reports.
对有困难的报告进行分配。
Makes check of flower set up ensuring standards are of  the highest quality, ensues expenses are controlled.  
对花房的工作进行例行检查，以保证其提供最好状态的花，并严格控制开支                 
Ensures all offices, washrooms, dormitory, staff lockers, car  park, gardens  are  kept  in good  condition. 
确保所有的办公室、漱洗间、员工宿舍、更衣柜、停车场、花园处于最佳状态。
Responsible for in house window cleaning  .
确保酒店与写字楼房间内窗户清洁。
Responsible for pest control in both hotel and office
确保酒店与办公室无虫害。
Coordinates days off and vacations.  
协调工作休息日与法定假期。
To tour the entire public area in sequence;
 按顺序巡视整个公共区域；
To report any damage of carpet or furniture, etc. for immediate repairs;
 要及时汇报地毯和家具的损坏，以便急修及降低损失；
To keep following up the repairing work until it has been completed;
 跟踪急修事宜，确保维修已经完成；
To check equipment to assure they are functional, clean and properly stored;
 检查确保机器的被清洁、正常工作及妥善存放；
To check all the rest rooms frequently to keep up a hygienic standard;
 检查所有洗手间始终处于高卫生标准；
To check back stairs to assure the cleanliness is maintained.
 检查楼梯确保卫生及清洁。
