岗位概述Job Summary 
 
遵照人力资源总监的统一管理及监督，遵从饭店规章制度。做好监督和确保员工餐厅厨房和服务顺利有效的运行，负责厨房的生产准备，监督和培训员工餐厅的员工并维护成本控制。
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Directorof Human Resources within the hotel policies and procedure. To manage the staffcanteen kitchen and service, make sure the food quality is performed in a bestway, responsible for preparing food, checking the hygiene and training thestaff. 
 
职责义务Duties &Responsibilities
 
制定员工餐厅的菜单及核算成本。
To make the daily menu and calculate the daily cost.
开发并制定新的菜单及其标准配方。
To create new menu and write down the standard cooking method.
培训员工以确保优质的烹饪技术。
To train the staff and ensure the cooking skill is performed in anexcellent way.
确保员工餐厅的卫生水平符合当地卫生标准和相关卫生法律。      
To monitor the staff canteen and guarantee that the hygiene standard isaccording to local government requirement. 
监督厨房、服务区域、仓库和设备的卫生清洁。
Check the hygiene for kitchen, service area, store room and all facilitiesand make sure all are in a good situation.
制定食品质量的标准并确保其严格执行。
To make the food quality standard and strictly follow up.
检查收货食品的质量。
Inspects the quality of food received. 
制定员工餐厅的费用及固定资产预算。
To make the budget for staff canteen including expenses and capital.
以库存控制规范为依据处理和储存存货。
To save the food and according to the standard procedure.
协调员工餐厅各项对外的工作。
To coordinate with other departments for any issue.
编写本部门标准工作流程、岗位职责及相关政策。
To write the SOP, JD & P&P for staff canteen.
参加部门例会，报告员工餐厅的工作并及时传达酒店最新资讯。
