Responsible for carrying baggage, escorting new arrivals to their rooms, and assisting guests.
负责递送行李，引领新到店客人到他们的房间，协助客人。

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
Carries baggage to and from guest rooms and fills up errand card after every such service; assists in loading and unloading baggage to and from vehicles.
为抵离客人提供行李搬运服务，每次服务后填写任务卡，同时协助客人卸载和装载 客人行李。
Escorts guests to their room.  For first time guests, explains hotel services.  In the room, provides further explanations on facilities to ensure guest comfort during the length of their stay.  For regular guests, if appropriate, maintains a friendly and caring conversation.
护送引领客人至房间。对第一次入住的客人介绍酒店的各项服务。在房间内，对各项设施提供进一步的介绍说明，确保客人在这段入住期间的舒适。对于常住客，尽可能以友好体贴的方式与之交谈。
Keeps abreast on hotel products and services as well as on tourist and business traveling information that may be of any interest to our guests.
保持酒店产品，服务和客人可能感兴趣的旅游和商务旅行信息的一致。
Handles guest requests in a polite and efficient manner, refers requests to relevant staff if needed to ensure customer satisfaction.  Follows up when necessary.
以礼貌和效率的方式捕捉客人需求，并传递给相关员工，以确保客人满意。需要时跟进。
Performs personal services such as delivering messages and packages, running errands, and
giving business information.
完成个人服务例如递送信息和包裹，提供商务信息。
Cleans and maintains baggage room, baggage trolleys, and Bell Captain’s station; assists in maintaining cleanliness of lobby and reports need for repairs to Bell Captain.打扫和维护行李房，行李车，行李员领班台，协助保持大堂的清洁，如需修补向行 李员领班打报告。Accepts baggage for safekeeping and storage in baggage room according to established procedures; checks baggage or registered guests waiting for room assignments.根据拟定的程序将行李保管在行李房里，在为客人分房时检查行李或做登记。Attends to telephone calls, complaints, and requests made at Bell Captain’s station in absence of Bell Captain.在缺席行李员领班的情况下，接听电话，处理投诉和其他要求。
